Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Inproma's project management platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Inproma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or performance
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate project management activities

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into Inproma. We do not claim ownership over your projects, tasks, documents, or any other content you create. We are granted a limited license to host, store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Upon account termination, you may export your data, and we will delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party applications (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SAP). These integrations are subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. Inproma is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. You authorize Inproma to access and synchronize data from connected services as configured by you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are as specified in your subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inproma and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
